MCA Denver is an innovative forum for contemporary art that inspires and challenges, creating an understanding and dialogue about the art of our time. We are committed to being a custodian of Denver'south artistic future by helping to ensure that Denver's prosperity integrates the crucial artistic elements that lend character and diversity to the city. The vision that drives us is that we advance what a 21st century museum can exist by welcoming all audiences, celebrating all voices, and sharing stories. We strive to exist both a singular site and a series of networks to provide one-of-a-kind experiences for the community of visitors, partners, and supporters we serve.

Failure Lab
Failure Lab is a museum-led leadership programme for twelve Denver-surface area loftier school students. Rather than focusing on achievement, Failure Lab is defended to developing inventiveness, condign a place where the risk of failure is ever a possibility. Students work with artists, museum staff, and their peers to organize exhibitions, program events, and develop programming. The program runs concurrently with the schoolhouse year. At MCA Denver, admission to the museum is always FREE, every day, for anybody 18 and nether.

Teen Ambassadors
MCA Denver'southward Ambassador plan is a gateway introduction to all things teen at MCA Denver. Information technology is a semester-long, paid internship for high school students in the Denver area. Ambassadors are a various group of teens representing a multitude of experiences. They are approachable, curious, and committed to creating vibrant spaces for their peers. While in the program we encourage Ambassadors to have risks, engage with museum professionals, collaborate with artists, and explore all things MCA Denver. Ambassadors aid in organizing, promoting, and running teen events at MCA Denver. They too serve as tastemakers through the creation of a bi-almanac zine focused on teen happenings in and around MCA Denver.
Applications are open twice a year.
